January saw the launch of
zerofiftyone 'Clear', our brand new payment by results PR service.
zerofiftyone 'Clear' is designed to provide you with media coverage, whereby the monthly invoices reflect the amount of media coverage we actually achieve.
Put simply this means if media coverage is not achieved, no money is charged to you. When media coverage is achieved fees are
charged dependant on the quality and size of the coverage. 'No Win, No Fee'

zerofiftyone have just been awarded ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
ISO 9001 is now established as the most widely accepted standard for providing assurances regarding the quality of goods
and services a supplier provides to its clients. An organization with an effective QMS will typically meet customer expectations
better than an organization that does not have an effective QMS.
We are committed to continuously improving the quality of our service to our clients, and ISO 9001 certification will enable us to
meet our clients quality management needs and requirements more efficiently and effectively, ensuring improved performance,
increased customer satisfaction and ultimately improved profitability.
An initial assessment of existing company procedures showed that we were already following the majority of the necessary internal
procedures required by ISO 9001. A few additional processes have been added and after a final evaluation we're pleased to say we passed!

Katie Townsend joined zerofiftyone in November
as
PR & Promotions Manager. With over 6 years experience
within the media industry and 2 years experience in marketing and PR, Katie has a competent track record in account management within
regional press and commercial radio. Her skills within the media industry have been recognised many times with local, regional and national awards.
Katie has also gained valuable project management experience through her organisation 3 years running of Sussex's largest motor show, wedding
and careers fayres. Katie is responsible for delivering effective PR and promotional campaigns using her media contacts and experience.

zerofiftyone has been appointed to produce revised and fresh collateral for
The Anne Frank Trust. The first generic brochure has been designed to be displayed at all exhibitions and events currently being
run across the UK by the Trust. Using a series of travelling exhibitions about Anne Frank's life, they reach over 100,000 individuals each year.
The Trust ensures that Anne Frank's ideals and visions are delivered to an up to date audience - challenging prejudice and reducing hatred,
encouraging people to embrace positive attitudes and respect for others.

zerofiftyone were invited to pitch for various pieces of collateral work for London homeless persons charity
Broadway.
A tactical pre-Christmas mailer was followed up by the design and production of The Broadway Annual Review. This prestigious piece serves not
only as a working statement of the financial affairs of the organsiation but also as a major aid to corporate fundraising. Channel 4's Phil Spencer
(Location, Location, Location) is a prime mover behind many of Broadway's housing projects. The charity is always seeking high profile supporters to their
very worthy cause.
This year zerofiftyone has used Broadway's own telling imagery to demonstrate their message of 'Street to Home' whereby the charity seeks to support
homeless people to re-enter society in a property of their own. A striking creative treatment coupled to an adventurous choice of recycled print stock
further underscored Broadway's commitment to providing pertinent information within a sustainable environment at realistic costs.
Broadway are the sort of clients for whom our creative
team enjoys working. Apart from being extremely friendly, The Broadway team is knowledgeable and clearly has a deep empathy with the homeless.
We wish them all success in 2008.

zerofiftyone have been appointed by Sussex based company 'Nikki Penny Neurological Physiotherapy' to create an ongoing PR campaign,
using
zerofiftyone 'Clear'.
The practice offers specialist physiotherapy rehabilitation support for patients who suffer from neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis,
motor neurone disease, head injuries, parkinsons and strokes.
With the expansion into Surrey, Hampshire and Kent, Nikki Penny Physiotherapy wants
to increase their business by the use of PR within local press, specialist magazines and trade publications.
In addition, Nikki has recently updated her website and has commissioned zerofiftyone
to set up and run a Google Pay Per Click Campaign on her behalf. This will drive prospective clients to her website and is a completely measurable
